Your Mission

• Together with the store manager, you ensure that the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPI and profitability targets through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, cost control and first-class service.
• You ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction within the store in accordance with our PUMA values and established service standards.
• You take responsibility for the accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds and promotions at checkout while ensuring that the guidelines of the Discount Policy & Procedures are adhered to.
