Are you a German-speaking graduate within Business, Marketing, Economics or similar? Do you employ a structured approach? And would you like a job with a direct impact on a global energy trading company’s growing customer business? Then you might be the operations and process coordinator we are looking for to join our Customer Operations & Reporting team.

As our new operations and process coordinator, you will join our newly established Customer Operations & Reporting sub-team, which is part of our overall Finance & Accounting team. The sub-team was created to gather all tasks related to the operations of our trading and customer business in one team.

Responsibilities

coordinate the onboarding of new customers
handle market communication and communicate with external stakeholders (TSOs, DSOs, system providers, etc.)
register master data and control and validate trades as well as metering data
