The Product Support Manager is coordinating and leading the team with the purpose of assisting and supporting the blade factories and departments within Manufacturing Equipment in the mission of preparing for, responding to, recovering from or mitigating the effects of production stops and/or technical issues.

Some of the roles and responsibilities

Contributes to overall manufacturing equipment strategy
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; implementing KPIs; planning and evaluating department activities & results.
Develop staff by training and coaching
Ensures a safe, secure, pleasant work environment
