Our company started implementing agile principles in parts of our IT development teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and lead the agile implementation
- Communicate to managers and leaders to help them understand the benefits of agile and their role in the agile teams
- Coach colleagues and teams in the agile mindset, principles, practices, and how to apply this in practice
