Our company started implementing agile principles in parts of our IT development teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Plan and lead the agile implementation
Communicate to managers and leaders to help them understand the benefits of agile and their role in the agile teams
Coach colleagues and teams in the agile mindset, principles, practices, and how to apply this in practice
