The Legal and Compliance team in Falck is looking forward to welcoming a great new colleague to join our strong and inspiring team as a Corporate Legal Counsel.

You will provide dedicated legal support to our group functions and international business units on a broad variety of corporate matters. Your work will be highly focused on corporate matters in several jurisdictions, while also supporting on other areas such as banking and financing, compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory.

You will play an essential project owner role in restructuring and simplifying Falck’s corporate structure as well as a key role in the overall corporate compliance area. You will also contribute to the team’s effort in maintaining and further developing strong relationships and delivering qualified and commercially sound legal advice to decision makers in the Falck Group.
