Manufacturing Readiness Nacelle, Hub and Powertrain will also support the construction of turbines at installation sites going forward. As OSOS Lead, Construction your responsibilities will be:

Ensure integration with the designers and other key stakeholders in the product development departments primarily but not exclusively with a focus on the construction processes at the site
Coordinate our change management activities in the entire value chain
Direct the change management team in the design and process prototype builds within all aspects of the design and assembly processes to be used during the installation
