You will join a fast moving, global company within learning and development. You will facilitate and develop training and consultancy programmes within maritime leadership. We have a strong focus on delivering learning with impact, by use of participative training methods.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate maritime leadership and culture training programmes for Maersk
Provide input to further design adjustments of current programmes
Collaborate with other Maersk Training learning facilitators and Maersk stakeholders in order to constantly deliver successful leadership and culture courses for participants and Maersk
