Are you good at developing people and enabling them to deliver on business goals? Then this is your chance to dive into our complex and international training environment, that will satisfy your curiosity to explore the boundaries of the digital learning arena as well as challenge your ability to adapt to changing training ‘customers’.

Your primary responsibility is to train BESTSELLER’s retail leaders worldwide in our Leadership Transition Programme. Drawing on your background from retail where you could have been working as a Store- or Area Manager, you deliver business-relevant support across all levels - management, business partners and store managers alike.

The training tools and processes are already in place, so you will have an optimal starting point for delivering high-quality trainings. We work with blended learning and combine our digital learning activities with on-site elements, but most of your trainings will take place online.
