Your daily tasks:

Ensure that the requirements for the quality control of products and processes are following our quality control plan, and that we have the means to mitigate any quality issues
Make sure that workers are adequately trained and follow quality instructions
Follow up on KPI's during daily Performance board meetings and animate/conduct systematic problem solving in the production/assembly process
