Are you inspired by developing and maintaining advanced production setups and processes and ensuring high quality output through continuous improvements?

You will interact with highly skilled personnel with backgrounds in Optical Fibers, Splicing, Lasers and LEAN Manufacturing. You will support the operators using test systems and production equipment and you will also be involved in supervising and instructing operators in the use of the setups as well.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce documentation and teaching materials that accurately captures assembly and testing instructions
Work to continuously improve product design, production, and cost efficiency.
Ensures that production is feasible and that correct procedures are adopted.
