R&D engineer to support life sciences instrument development

We’re looking for someone with an engineering background and an interest in the development of utilities, web applications, and graphical user interfaces for instruments in the life sciences and medicine.
This open position is for an R&D engineer to support our instrument firmware and graphical user interface development and to work on various utilities and web applications that will assist internal development projects and external user needs.
You will join a growing team of 12 dedicated and highly skilled individuals: engineers, molecular and cell biologists, and technicians. You will take on the project management for software development projects for our Xdrop and Xdrop Sort instruments. This will include coordinating the activities of our external software developers and collaborating with our product manager.
