We are looking for an individual with a flair and interest for supporting software solutions! An individual who has a solid background in IT support and who is ready to get hands on in working with large scale organizations primarily in Denmark but across the Nordics as well.
The position is within the operations team, which has responsibility for handling all Customer Support and projects across our customer’s base. The majority of the operations team is based in the Nordics, however you will find yourself working with colleagues from other departments located in our other sites around the world. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager located in Sweden, and you will be working closely with the Sales Director, Scandinavia, and Germany, located out of Copenhagen. The position is with a work-from-home set up.
