Spearhead the strategic direction and software development at the world’s largest company within equipment for diagnostic audiology and balance testing

Are you at a stage in your software career where you’d like to lead a software team? Or have you built and developed a well-performing software team at your current or a previous employer? If so, then we encourage you to read on! We are only as good as our people

In short, we need you to lead the software development organisation. More specifically, you have two software team leads and our architect team in direct line report, plus a dotted line to a software team lead in Poland. The task facing you is to spearhead our ambition to develop best-in-class software. This however must never be at the expense of our people; our ambition is that our software team members head home after a day’s work with an even bigger smile on their faces than when they arrived in the morning.
