Responsibilities/tasks

IT expert providing technical leadership, assistance and advice on complex topics being subject matter expert for GEA’s Tier0 environment
Act as supervisor and technical authority on initiatives and projects executed by external providers on GEA’s Tier0 infrastructure landscape
Works actively with internal operations team and managed service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and give support in making root cause analyses and resolving complex issues
Technical review on changes that affect GEA’s Tier0 environment as part of the internal Change Management process
