You will have an important role in our existing customer care team, with focus on our Finnish market. Your role will have a central place in the organisation, with many stakeholders througout both the organisation and external partners.
You will join a dynamic environment in an international company and work with cross-functional teams. You will be based at our Nordic HQ in Glostrup.
- Support by telephone and e-mail to our customers, dealers, and sales representatives
- Order registration and follow up
- Invoice corrections and returns
