Are you passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and experienced in Talent Acquisition? Would you like to be part of Grundfos’ Talent Acquisition team with the purpose of making DE&I “the way we work”?

You will drive the DE&I agenda and execution in the Talent Acquisition (TA) organization to ensure the right skills and capabilities to deliver, implement, and recruit the best possible diverse and qualified employees, in line with the DE&I aspirations for Grundfos. You will also coordinate Grundfos projects and initiatives to improve the capability and skills of Talent Acquisition and Grundfos to attract and recruit diverse candidates by designing and deploying global standards, IT tools, Employer Branding and Recruitment policies in the field of DE&I.
