Are you passionate and experienced in Talent and People Development? Would you like to be part of our People & Organisational growth team with the purpose of driving impactful talent development activities?

As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will design and implement corporate-wide people practices around Talent and People Development and bring those into life by working together with Learning Partners, HR BP and People Leaders/Subject Matter Experts in the organization through consulting them on how to create impactful talent development activities and by running specific talent development programs (such as Power Up Grundfos for different business units, cross-functional talent programs etc).
