We are recruiting a Supervisor for our Outbound Operations covering all processes related to outbound operation, performance and services in Kolding, Odense and Aalborg stations - incl. Night Express warehouse and Export Office Ground Operations. Your primary work location will be in Kolding.

You will support the Operations Manager by supervising a team of Operatives and Drivers. You will help to maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost and service levels, with damages kept to a minimum. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuing employees are treated consistently and fairly and are motivated
Initiating and performing actions needed to ensure that service levels are achieved
Ensuring that that the team correctly understands goals and service objectives
