Facilities & Administration Assistant

We’ve got an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities & Administration Assistant to join our European Facilities team. Based in our Virum office this role will support day to day facility and office related administration and coordination of activities. If you love administration, organising and delivering a great service to stakeholders then this could be the role for you.

In this new role you will report to our Head of Facilities and work with key stakeholders to help ensure that we are able to manage our offices in as effective way as possible.

Your responsibilities will include day to day administration activities including managing our all-important facility database, supporting the creation of an asset register, the coordination of communications to team members, booking, and managing meeting rooms, ordering supplies, managing deliveries and providing administration support to the CFO.
