Do you want to take part in improving the overall business performance of Pandora’s retail stores globally? And do you want to be a key driver in developing world class retail systems, ensuring we deliver the best shopping experience to our customers?

As Digital Store Experience Manager, you will be in charge of developing and driving a variety of different projects focused on improving Pandora’s existing systems, processes and procedures, as well as developing new ones. You will be responsible for taking the lead and ownership in delivering on the retail tech strategy roadmap, and defining clear retail key requirement and specifications in projects, as well as ensuring successful roll out and implementations of projects.

You will take lead and drive retail systems and tech projects – ensuring end-to-end overview and understanding across retail systems and tech and how they interlink.
