As our new Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the performance of the production area in our electronic factory in Bjerringbro through task guidance, coaching, direction setting and motivation of the employees. You will be a part of the leadership team that consists of 9-10 Supervisor colleagues, which have the responsibility for the APU. Characteristic for us is that we solve our challenges internal smoothly and efficiently. As part of the everyday tasks, you will be responsible for the optimization of the production processes and procedures.
