As a Sales Support Manager, your primary job is to support key account managers in the global sales organization. You will be involved in following up on the business development process related to new customers or new products, including phasing out old products.

Your responsibilities include sales, pricing, marketing and ad hoc tasks. In addition, there will also be individual customers for whom you will be directly responsible. To be effective in the job, you must ensure that the tasks are solved according to the agreed schedule and that the quality of the solution is at an acceptable level.
