In the position as Strategic Sourcing Manager, your key focus will be production equipment, but you will also be involved in the overall strategy and direction for Indirect Sourcing in Kamstrup. Later, other categories will also need attention, but the core focus is production equipment. Building a category strategy and later executing the strategy will include disciplines such as spend analysis, market analysis, supplier and contract overview, stakeholder mapping and knowing their strategy and finally identifying sourcing opportunities.
