We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Executive assistant (EA) for APM Terminals Nordics to help us succeed in implementing our future strategic agenda. This position offers the possibility to work closely with the whole Nordic management team, and specifically our Managing Director.
APM Terminals Nordics is growing and are in a process of change and transformation. We are looking for an EA that can ensure that the MD and Nordic Management team are as productive and effective as possible.
Main tasks
- Supporting the MD with reports on on-going projects, strategy and analysis
- Writing reports, summaries and abstracts of reports
- Make financial and economic analysis
