As R&D and Engineering Manager, you will manage a cross-disciplinary team of Mechanical- and Electronic Product engineers in an agile work environment. As part of the team, you will be working closely together with teams across our organization, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Operation etc.

Together with your team, you will have ownership of the product development such as oil pumps, oil & water nozzles, preheaters, ignitors etc. The development includes design, specifications, analysis and product validation. While at the same time working closely with the Product Management team in fulfilling the requirements and building roadmaps.
