Reporting to the Group VP in Denmark you will be part of a matrix organization, and at the same time you will work together with colleagues from the legal, compliance, and finance departments in both Denmark and Poland. Your primary tasks will be:

• Preparation of Board Materials
• Control and follow-up on labour law in cooperation with the legal department
• Employment contracts (preparation of drafts and collecting of signatures), collective agreements, working hours, and pay ratios
