You will get unique opportunities to work with all aspects of mechanical development both as mechanical developer and coordinator of the mechanical development in the project. As the lead mechanical engineer, you will be overall responsible for developing the mechanical design and deeply involved in the design process. You work with the most advanced technology, in strong teams working after agile principles, together with highly skilled colleagues that are experts within their fields.

You love mechanical product development and are not willing to give up your CAD work. At the same time, you have a strong mindset to take responsibility and leadership within all activities and understand the balance of being involved and letting people work independently.
