Regional Purchaser
Vamdrup
As a regional purchaser, you are responsible for issuing purchase orders for our production in ROCKWOOL Nordics and UK, which consists of 5 factories (2 in Denmark, 2 in Norway and 1 in Wales). Our regional procurement takes place in close collaboration with the local organisations/factories and our category managers to ensure the best possible result. You will be a part of different projects across region OPCOs (operation companies).
You will refer to the Regional Purchasing Manager for ROCKWOOL Nordics & UK and be part of our team which consists of a total of 9 people based at our offices in Vamdrup by Kolding in Denmark and Bridgend in the UK.
In short, you will:
- Be in charge of the ordering of raw materials and consumables for our Danish and Norwegian factories and ensure orders are delivered on time in full
- Be in daily contact with suppliers and partners
- Participate in performance review of suppliers
