Do you want to lead the people and culture agenda in an international and fast-growing company?

The strategy for the coming years is focused on significant growth for our client. The Vice President People & Culture will have the overall HR responsibility throughout the company and thus play a key role in implementing the strategy, participating in developing the organisation to fit the future demand for human capacity.

With direct report to the CEO, you will be a part of the Management Group and be leading a small team of dedicated people within HR and Talent Acquisition. It is expected that you develop an effective, lean business-oriented and implementable HR strategy for 2022 within a short time frame.
