Are you ready to make a difference in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for driving an ambition optimization program across our manufacturing sites?

Production Technical Department consists of approximately 35 employees and has a wide span of responsibility including: Support to the manufacturing sites, technology transfer, packaging development, automation, equipment qualification, continued process verification, and optimization projects.

We are in the process of building a strong team to take a major role in our optimization journey using Lean, Six Sigma, and applied data science. You will be a main driver of ensuring a culture where Lean is the standard way of operating and pursue elimination of waste to improve our performance and deliverables. You will support our production areas regarding deployment of the strategy and driving the Lean initiatives needed to reach our ambitious optimization targets.
