The role of Bid Manager is an important key function at Systematic, and you will have an extensive interface across the organisation. You will come to drive the bid processes while focusing on creating value for the customer and profitability for the company. You will combine your ability to create an overview, your commercial mindset and winning mentality to help drive and create winning bids based on the needs of each customer.

As Bid Manager, your overall responsibility will be to lead the bid team and perform your daily work in cooperation with the sales managers and a number of specialists. You manage, motivate and challenge the bid team, ensure structure, planning and quality, and focus on optimising the bid activities.
