Your primary responsibility will be to support our customers, markets, brands and customers within the EDI field. You will primarily be working with EDI based on Biztalk EDI portals, but also containing configurations on our ERP system.

We will support you in developing the skillset to handle the following tasks:

Handling EDI support tickets in our IT service management system
Handling failed documents in the EDI portal
Sending, resending and recreating EDI documents from the EDI portal and our ERP system
