The UX Lead will be the strategic partner on a team focused on constantly bettering the customers’ buying experience. Join us and share your vision.

As our UX Lead, you will join a cross-functional digital product team. Digital product is nested within our Tech department – currently almost 40 people overall and growing. The team’s focus is to help build the right digital solutions for the organisation by discovering and solving the right problems.

Your job

Lead design projects through the entire product lifecycle
Produce prototypes and concepts and facilitate exploration of new and innovative solutions
Lead and participate in the strategic-design process – interpret complex requirements, and illustrate the ideal user experience
