Conduct officer, Corporate Governance, Danica Pension

Do you want to ensure strong Conduct risk management in Danica Pension? If you feel energized by facilitating collaboration and alignment, and working in a structured manner, this role is for you.

This is an exciting opportunity to affect both Danica Pension´s current Conduct foundation, and create an operating model for a long-term sustainable business.

You will be supporting strategic Conduct deliverables and initiatives, while you are facilitating Conduct awareness and advice in Danica. Other key deliverables in this role entails:

• Assisting with Conduct Policies and advising on the integration of Conduct in business procedures
• Building a sound Conduct control environment across business functions by setting up appropriate reporting and escalation for Conduct risk management
