In this role, you will have a variety of tasks within claims handling which will include analyzing claims, contact with customers and many internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on personal accident claims, but your will also have other responsibilities such as complex travel and loyalty claims handling.

• Proactive handling of consumer claims, from Personal Accident, Travel to our broad range of Personal Insurance Claims, from first notification of loss to timely and accurate settlement including coverage and quantum analysis and negotiations with other parties
• Delivering first class customer service
• Close collaboration with brokers and underwriting team
