As Business Unit Manager for Eurofins Microbiology, you will be responsible for the management and development of the Microbiology test laboratory, its employees, and its procedures and equipment, planning, and processes. Short delivery time, high quality in delivery, highest efficiency, and flexibility are key aspects for Eurofins Microbiology and therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure that the unit always is performing at its best.

With direct reference to the Managing Director for Eurofins Steins Laboratorium, your responsibility covers everything in the Microbiology unit from management, P/L improvement initiatives, optimization/automation, lean, and quality. The 60 employees are the most important stakeholders for you, and people management is your true passion.
