Can you steer the course for our newly launched SAP SuccessFactors from a technical as well as business perspective? Then this is your chance to take an important role in building central HR systems.

As Solution Architect, you are responsible for BESTSELLER’s central HR systems securing optimal functionality. SAP SuccessFactors is our most important platform hosting and managing the lifecycle of HR Master Data. You oversee the internal architecture for our solutions and focus on how the HR solutions integrate with other IT systems that are both receiving and sending data. Your primary areas of responsibilities are:

• Data architecture and business architecture on HR processes
• Data governance – securing data quality and digitalization/automation
• Integration – display of data and securing a continuous implementation of the BESTSELLER´s principles for data sharing.
