We are looking for a Nordic HR Partner (f/m/d) who can provide advice and support to our Nordic Leaders including employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational development, career development, change management and training. Our new colleague thrives in a complex and fast paced international matrix organization. You will report to our Nordic HR Manager placed in Valby and you will become part of a Nordic HR team of 4 who is responsible for delivering professional HR support to our divisions in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Our HR team is known for high quality, a solution-oriented mindset and great collaboration. Your will be working in an exciting and dynamic global company where you have the opportunity to develop.
