Do you want to be part of a still growing web team who delivers support and development to a global organization?

We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our web development team. The team consists of a web configurator a UX/UI designer, 4 front-end developers and a back-end developer. The developers are located in Szczecin, Poland and the rest of the team is located in Middelfart, Denmark. Our stakeholders are located all around the world.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Arrange, coordinate, and facilitate planning meetings and sprints, retrospective meetings, refinement meetings, daily stand-ups, and demos
Train, coach and guide your colleagues in our agile framework teams to achieve higher scrum maturity
