As a Global Application Supporter in Global IT the core focus is on analysing and providing efficient, qualified and timely service & support to ECCO's IT users with a focus on utilizing colleagues worldwide in order to deliver optimum support on a global scale. Furthermore, give input to continuous improvement of processes in order to deliver high quality within service and support on System Applications.
