Grundfos is looking for a seasoned reward expert to manage our Long Term Incentive Program and our Employee Share Plan as well as other items within Executive Remuneration.

Besides covering these specific areas, you will also be working as a Reward Partner for business areas, where you will be the key point of contact on complex or executive Reward matters.

You will join a team of four Senior Reward Partners that support designated Business Areas with sparring on Reward issues, job evaluation of executive positions, solving complex reward issues, being a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and Leaders.
