The Graduate Programme is a two-year journey consisting of four rotations across different functions and departments, where you will have the opportunity to assume various roles and responsibilities. Each rotation will enhance your business understanding and provide you with the opportunity to drive and support projects focusing on data-enabled services in collaboration with some of the brightest minds.

We will plan the first rotation before you start, and there may be an opportunity to spend one rotation abroad. As a graduate, you will be involved in forming your own career, and we will tailor the programme individually to ensure that your ambitions and expectations are met.
