Welcome to Demant’s Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a global medical healthcare company, where you can look forward to an open and fun work environment.

The Commercial Excellence track is a 2-year programme starting in September 2022, during which you will explore the company and develop your personal and professional skills through three job rotations of 8 months each. Your overall focus will be to support the Commercial Excellence department working with high-profile projects that maximize our commercial impact across markets and business areas (i.e. Sales Excellence, Marketing Excellence, Strategic Pricing, Selling Skills, etc.).

You will both acquire great professional skills in relation to Commercial Excellence related activities, while also grow as a person and understand the importance of stakeholder management, and how to maneuver across many levels in a large matrix organization.
