Welcome to Demant’s Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a global medical healthcare company, where you can look forward to an open and fun work environment.

The Demant Graduate Programme offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. Each year, we hire between 5-10 graduates for different business areas. We will lead you through a two-year journey starting in September 2022. Depending on the business area, you will have 3-4 different rotations each lasting for 6-8 months. This will provide you with a broad understanding of our business and a strong network of people across functions.

You will be given real tasks and responsibilities with high exposure from day one. We believe this is the best way to kick-start your career. After successfully completing the programme, you will continue your career in Demant in a permanent position.
