In 2022, Dinex will implement a new Customer Relations Management (CRM) system in both business divisions OEM and AEM. In 2021, a preliminary project scope has been worked out and specific vendor will be selected.

As a steppingstone into the newly established function as Business development manager, your first and primary task will be on the final requirements specification, the implementation process, and subsequent training and rollout phases of the CRM system

Furthermore, you will ensure that the supplier develops and delivers in accordance with agreements, complies with the budget - and that Dinex's stakeholders involved in the project are in line with the project's "scope". It is important that we reach the goals within the timeline, deadline, and budget.
