We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to focus on the securement of third-party project finance and equity investments. We currently have a large pipeline of projects waiting to be realised, so we have a lot of work to do and are looking for a dedicated candidate to join us in the daily work to make an impact that matters.

As our Investment Analyst, you will mainly be responsible for structuring and optimisation of financial models and structures. Some of your daily tasks will revolve around identifying commercial risk and opportunities. Other tasks will include:

  • Participate in Investment, project finance and M&A activities
  • Financial modelling
  • Manage and supporting various due diligence tracks
  • Managing loan and/or investment agreements through financial close
  • Commercial assessments and valuation of projects/portfolios
