HR Business Partner – Supply Chain

Do you enjoy engaging with management teams in a Supply Chain setting and drive value-adding HR processes? Can you provide relevant sparring to managers and support the further development of our Supply Chain?

In the newly established position as HR Business Partner for Supply Chain, you will advise and take the lead on initiatives to enhance leadership, competency and organizational development to ensure the best possible performance in order to achieve our business strategic ambitions.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the implementation of plans, policies and procedures
• Acting as a trustworthy and professional business partner to managers supporting them in all HR related topics throughout the employee life cycle
• Supporting and advising managers in HR processes such as onboarding, workforce planning, performance management and competency development
