Are you an experienced leader, who is enthusiastic about people? Is your favorite discipline to inspire and motivate people to do their best? Then we might be your new colleagues!

In essence, your job will be to supervise one of three teams in the newly established unit. You will be responsible for about 14 newly onboarded business analysts across Denmark and Lithuania. Some of them are new to Danske Bank while others know their way around. Common for all is that they are new to this unit, the mission and to each other. Your job will therefore first and foremost be, to establish an environment where collaboration and ownership go hand in hand.
