For our Offshore Service Logistics department, we are looking for a documentation specialist to participate in managing, developing, and optimizing the documentation database to suit the overall documentation needs of the department, so that both jackup, CTV, and SOV projects can be stored within the same structure in as transparent a way as possible.

The main responsibilities revolve around the creation and maintenance of KPI’s, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI/Tableau. You will define procedures and author guides on which documentation items are required in which circumstances, and on how the database should be used.
